Qatar Visa Centers handle key steps for many work visas and some family files issued abroad. You book an appointment, visit the center for biometrics and medical tests, then track the file online. After clearance, your sponsor finishes the remaining steps with the Ministry of Interior (MOI).

Who should use QVC
Use a QVC center if your approval mentions pre-travel biometrics/medical. If your file does not require it, your medical may be completed in Qatar after arrival.
How to book an appointment

- Choose a date/time and pay the fee if the portal requests it.
- Download/print the appointment slip and bring it to your visit.
